Pimone Triplett is also the author of Ruining the Picture (Northwestern/ Triquarterly, 1998), which won the Hazel Hall Poetry Award. She holds an MFA from the Iowa Writer¹s Workshop, and has done graduate work at the University of Houston. Her work has been widely published and anthologized, appearing in Agni; New England Review; The Paris Review; Poetry; Triquarterly; Yale Review; American Poetry: The Next Generation; Asian American Poetry, The Next Generation; and The New American Poets, A Bread Loaf Anthology. She is of Thai-American descent. Currently teaching in the MFA Program at the University of Oregon, she has also taught in the Warren Wilson College MFA Program for Writers. She lives in Eugene and is married to the poet Andrew Feld.
